1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the GLOW website, booking a class, purchasing a membership or class pack, or attending classes, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or legal guardian complete all required waivers and registrations.

3. Booking & Attendance

Advance reservations are recommended. Check in upon arrival. Studio doors lock shortly after class begins and late entry is not permitted. Arrive 10–15 minutes early if it is your first visit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours before class. Late cancellations incur a $10 fee. No-shows incur a $15 fee. Class packs forfeit the class when a reservation is missed.

5. Memberships & Class Packs

Memberships renew automatically until canceled. 4x, 8x, and Unlimited memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Memberships cannot be paused. Class packs are non-transferable. Class packs expire according to the stated expiration date. Promotional pricing cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

6. Payments

Payment is due at purchase. Declined payments may result in suspension of booking privileges. You authorize recurring billing for memberships until canceled according to your agreement.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Membership fees, class packs, retail purchases, workshops, and events are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at GLOW's sole discretion.

8. Health & Safety

Participants acknowledge that: Yoga and fitness involve inherent physical risk. They are responsible for participating within their own abilities. They should consult a healthcare provider if uncertain about participation. See liability waiver for more details.

9. Studio Etiquette

Respect instructors and fellow clients. Silence mobile devices. Clean shared equipment after use if requested. Treat studio property with care. Please arrive on time and do not leave early.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, logos, videos, and class materials remain the property of GLOW and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

11. Privacy

12. Website Use

Users agree not to: interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, misuse online services.

13. Changes to Services

GLOW reserves the right to: modify schedules, change instructors, update pricing, discontinue classes, revise memberships or policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or website use.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
