What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Most guests choose leggings, shorts, or athletic wear. All of our classes are done barefoot, so no need for grip socks or special shoes. If you're unsure, we'll be happy to guide you when you arrive.

Which class should I take first?

If you're new to GLOW, almost any class is a great place to begin. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class and are happy to help you choose an option that matches your experience and goals. If you have questions before booking, we'd love to help—just reach out. Once you arrive, you can let your instructor know your experience level and they will make sure you have the correct props and guidance during class.

Are your classes heated?

Our Orchard studio offers heated classes, while our Oakway studio offers non-heated classes. Each class description notes whether it is heated so you can choose the experience that's right for you.

Where do I park?

Both studios offer convenient parking. Oakway has a large parking lot, and Orchard has free nearby parking options within a half block walk. You'll receive detailed parking information before your first visit.

What if I'm nervous or have never been to a yoga studio?

You're not alone. Many of our members walked through our doors feeling exactly the same way. Our instructors are here to help you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, and every class is designed to be welcoming and approachable for all experience levels. You’ll see clients doing different variations throughout class, and this is highly encouraged. The practice can always meet you where you are, and there is never any pressure to “push yourself” or go against your intuition when it comes to movement.

What amenities do the studios have?

Both studios are thoughtfully equipped with complimentary premium mats and props, cubbies for personal belongings, water bottle refill stations, and chilled essential oil towels after class. Please note that we do not have showers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes may be canceled up to 9 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations incur a $10 fee, and no-shows incur a $15 fee. This policy helps ensure class availability for everyone in our community.
