Client Policies

To ensure our studio functions well and provides the best experience for our community, we ask that all clients adhere to the following policies. Please read them carefully before arriving for class.

BOOKING

Pre booking your class is highly recommended to ensure you will have a spot as many of our classes operate at full capacity.

CLASS CHECK IN

Clients are responsible for checking themselves in for class on the IPad at the front desk. Upon arrival, check the box next to your name on the schedule to ensure your attendance has been recorded. Failure to check in can result in a no-show fee.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of class so you have time to put your things away, get your props, and settle into your spot for class. We are committed to respecting our client’s schedules by starting and ending classes on time. We know unforeseen circumstances happen, so there is a 5 minute grace period for entering the studio, then for the safety and experience of our clients, doors will be locked and entry will not be permitted. Similarly, leaving class early is disruptive and should be avoided.

INJURY POLICY

If you have an active injury that will impact your physical capability or you are pregnant, please disclose this to the instructor prior to class.

HEATED CLASSES

Heated classes come with inherent risks due to the intense nature of the activity. Participants acknowledge that the institution organizing these classes is not liable for any injuries sustained during or after participation.

CANCELATION POLICY

Many of our classes are at 100% capacity with a waitlist. To allow as many people as possible to attend class, we have a 9 hour cancellation window. Please cancel your reservation at least 9 hours before class begins. If you are signed up for an early morning class this still applies, so please cancel the night before if you cannot attend. There is a $10 late cancellation charge for reservations that are not canceled in time, and a $15 no show charge. If you are a class pass holder, you won’t be charged $10, but will lose a class from your pass.

CELL PHONES

The studio is a space designed to escape the stresses of life. Please make sure your cell phone is silenced and not on vibrate during class.

PURCHASES

Our company operates under a strict CC on file policy, requiring a valid credit card to be securely stored for any ongoing or potential charges. This policy ensures seamless transactions and enables prompt service delivery without interruption. No refunds on any class packs or membership purchases. Class packs are not able to be shared with other clients and must be kept within one account. Class pass expirations will only be extended for medical purposes.

MEMBERSHIP + CONTRACT TERMS

Our 1 Month Unlimited option is contract-free and does not auto-renew.

Monthly Unlimited Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After this initial period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

All memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. To request cancellation, please email chelsea@yogaeugene.com with your desired end date.

Memberships cannot be paused. If a discounted rate (including founding or promotional pricing) is canceled, that rate will not be retained upon rejoining.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

If classes are canceled due to weather or an emergency, clients will get an email notification and the class will show as canceled on the schedule.

PROP USE

Glow will provide all props (straps, blocks, bolsters, kettlebells, bands, hand weights) needed for classes at no extra charge, including yoga mats. You are welcome to bring any of your own props to the studio. Please clean your mat after use, roll it up neatly, and place it back in the basket. All other props should be returned the way they were found after use.

We want you to have the best experience possible at Glow. If there is ever an issue with your time at the studio, or you have any feedback that would help us improve please let us know by emailing chelsea@yogaeugene.com.
