Kettlebell flow

Discover your fullest potential with this innovative yoga + strength training hybrid practice. By combining mobility-focused dynamic vinyasa and circuit-style kettlebell training we challenge our body and mind to become their strongest. This sweaty + fun practice is easily modified for all levels, so join us if you are ready to grow your edge, your practice, and your strength. Available: Monday-Thursday and Saturday


Sculpt

Join us for a power vinyasa style class that integrates hand weights and other props to build muscle mass, intervals of cardio bursts, and deep core work. If you're into testing your limits and you enjoy a lighthearted fitness based class, with proper alignment, you'll love Sculpt! Available: Monday-Sunday


Mat Pilates

This class uses optional ankle weights, small hand weights, and resistance bands to create a deeper challenge as we explore contemporary mat Pilates movements. The focus is on deep core work done in a Pilates style while incorporating side lying, standing, and table top sequences. Get ready to burn and shake while moving with precise mindful alignment! Available: Monday-Friday


abs + a$$ sculpt

This unique class features everything you love about our traditional Sculpt class but will target glutes and core specifically. Using light weights and resistance bands, you'll engage your muscles in a new and exciting way, enhancing both strength and flexibility. Available: Monday-Thursday


Full Body Strength

A dynamic workout that sculpts and tones your entire body. Utilizing light dumbbells and bands in non-heated and heated setting, this session maximizes your strength training for a powerful and invigorating workout! Available: Monday and Thursday


mindful mobility

Come to your mat to relax and unwind your body + mind. This practice is a gentle progressive sequence focused on opening up the places we get most immobile from exercise, stress, and daily life. Hips, hamstrings, lower back, neck + shoulders will all get gently opened up so you can stay active, safe, and injury free in all your other endeavors. Available: Tuesday and Sunday


move + meditate

Take care of your body + mind with this movement and meditation combo. We'll flow first to get connected to our body, then move into a simple mindfulness meditation to ground and nurture our mind. No prior meditation experience is required, this practice is for everyone who is interested in taking care of themselves from the inside out. Available: Monday


strong flow

Power up your practice with this dynamic vinyasa flow. We move with the breath at a steady pace while building strength and gentle mobility. Lots of core work is always guaranteed, but the rest of the practice will vary to keep it fun and interesting. Available: Sunday


sunrise flow

Join us for a well-balanced flow that is especially designed to feel great as our bodies and minds are just waking up. Available: Tuesday


release + flow

This practice will warm up the body with a gentle vinyasa, and release it with stretches, holds, and breath work. We then balance with Myofascial self massage techniques using tennis balls and foam rollers for deeper restorative benefits. This class is for all levels of students who are looking to calm the mind, heal the body, and release tension from the inside out. Available: Tuesday and Friday


hatha vinyasa flow

Step onto your mat and experience movement that seamlessly blends the grace of slow Vinyasa with the precision of Hatha yoga. In this class, we’re all about finding the sweet spot between mindful movement and deep introspection. Available: Thursday and Saturday

90s / early 2000s hip hop flow

Experience the perfect blend of empowering yoga sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance while jamming to the iconic beats of hip hop classics from the 90s and early 2000s. Join us for an energizing, nostalgic, and fun-filled session that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and connected to the powerful spirit of both yoga and hip hop.
